How we think about it

Most hosts put your repo on their disk only. Hub mixes SoloGem mirrors with optional seeding from your PC. Public when you want company. Private when you don’t.

Public when you want it

Open source, mods, tools, half-finished experiments you’re ready to show. Same Hub either way.

Private when you don’t

Not every project needs a parade. Keep the quiet stuff quiet. We’re building that in from the start.

We keep some files warm

Pages, READMEs, hot packs. So a popular project doesn’t vanish the second every seeder closes their laptop.

You can seed from home

Opt in, share what you care about, help the network without paying cloud rent for every private idea.
